On top of the training programming, individual nutrition guidance, resources and community support to help you become a better athlete in the saddle, I’ve decided to add even more to this program!
Starting now, each round of GBB will have an exclusive piece of gear! The only way anyone can get their hands on this gear is to join us in that round of GBB – aka this will be the most exclusive gear I will ever offer.
When you join us for this round of Gold Buckle Bootcamp, you will receive an exclusive Barrel Racer Fit patch beanie in your choice of white, heather grey or steel blue!
No one other than myself has one of these beanies, and you’ll miss out on your chance to have one too unless you join us in this round.
You will get started with your workouts and starting to track your nutrition intake. We will also have our first group call to talk through time management and mindset.
I will be providing your individual macro goals and nutrition protocol at this point as well as recommendations and the “why” behind the numbers.
We will have our second group call discussing nutrition – aka our most informative call. You will start to really get into the routine with your training at this point.
Last week of the first phase of the training program. At this point, you’re starting to notice a difference in the saddle.
You’ll be starting new workouts that build off of the first half of the program. You have started to create the habits and routines to see long-term results at this point.
We will have our third group call discussing supplements – a topic that can be overwhelming. This is typically when your friends start to notice the difference.
After 6 weeks of putting in the work, you are feeling so much more solid in the saddle and you’re starting to see the difference in yourself.
In the last week of GBB, you’re feeling more confident in your ability to ride, you’ve created the routines and habits to make this last, and you’re about to crush the rest of the program.

“I really liked the workout length, it was pretty easy to find 30-45 minutes to fit in a workout. And the help with nutrition and supplements was really helpful in making progress. I also really like that Sarah is realistic in her expectations and understands that as barrel racers we are really busy and she is mindful of that”
“I am much stronger. I’m riding more consistent, staying with my horse, and able to drive him into the pocket better.”
“I gained muscle! My timing in my runs got better and I’m able to really ride my horse during a run.”
“GBB was all laid out for me. I didn’t have to think, just show up, do the work, hit the protein and I could focus my energy on my horse.”
